Life I just keep adding on - seems to be the easiest way to do this. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ June 2008: I've been working at Ohio State University for almost 2 years, working in my field - public relations. I LOVE my job! Of course, working for OSU means living in Ohio, which is way different from So.Cal. or Wash.DC, as well as WV. The people are nice, they're all crazy-dazy Buckeyes, but anywhere you go, there they are! (other people, that is.) Life's not bad. Experiencing some challenges in my personal life - but I think it'll all be okay in the end. (I just don't know how "okay" will look!) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It's now December 2006. It's been a rough few months. My 17-year old cat, Garbanzo, died on October 30th and just as my tears were drying up from that, my father died on November 14th. Neither death was unexpected, but that doesn't eliminate sadness. The last years of my dad's life is its own sad story, but I won't go into that here. In July, I started work at a university doing public relations, and I love it! I have along-ish drive to work, but I listen to CDs and public radio, and have come to enjoy the time. At some point, I'll try to remember to add photos of our gardens. My husband and I worked like mad to do landscaping this year, and our hard work paid off! O...Expand for more
